About this project

Our brief was to create a dynamic website with high visual impact for Ooh La Neon that enabled both the sale and hire of their custom signs online. To ensure a safe, secure and professional checkout experience and present Ooh La Neon products dynamically, Webhance Digital built oohlaneon.com.au on the Shopify eCommerce platform. Shopify enables Ooh La Neon to manage their own online store without the need for ongoing web design or maintenance services. They are now able to fully manage their own products and collections as well as easily administer both the sale and hire process themselves.

Ooh La Neon required significant customisation and the configuration of a number of apps to enable a secure hire process, including bond payment, online. An extensive form was coded to enable Ooh La Neon to efficiently quote on custom sign design without the need for extensive consultation with clients. The form requests in-depth requirements that facilitates a quick and easy quoting process for both Ooh La Neon and the customer.

A full width layout was coded giving the website high visual impact. The use of strong colours supports the Ooh La Neon brand and establishes the site and service as dynamic, fun and professional.
