Jnine & Co is a champion of womens’ well being with a focus on endometriosis and menstrual health.

About this project

Our brief from Jnine & Co was to create a platform that provided information as well as offering solutions for sufferers of endometriosis. We achieved this by creating a site with a number of clear sections – a blog for information, corporate pages for workplace solutions, partner and resources pages, and shop for retail. With customer experience in mind, a number of apps were configured to extend Shopify functionality to offer product bundling and a subscription service with customer portal.

Webhance Digital built jnine.com.au on the Shopify eCommerce platform, which enables Jnine & Co to manage their own online store without the need for ongoing web design or maintenance services. The Jnine team are now able to fully manage their own products and collections as well as easily administer the end-to-end order process themselves.

A standard Shopify 2.0 theme was configured and customised to reflect Jnine & Co’s style guide, including custom fonts and brand colour palette.

Shopify Product Page Design

We created unique product templates with tailored layouts to provide specific information per product. We achieved this by:

creating product tab layout covering off product details, subscription information, product specific shipping and returns information, ensuring the customer has all pertinent information to hand so there is no need to navigate away from the product page.
offering product upsells to encourage multiple purchases.
Quick purchase buttons via Google Pay so customers can bypass cart checkout and purchase quickly if they wish.
