About this project
We’ve worked with J Nine & Co since their launch in 2022. Over that time, J Nine & Co’s business model has evolved from selling products to selling services. We’ve adapted their Shopify store with each iteration and crafted a solution that has changed from traditional eCommerce to enabling appointment setting with payment online.
We configured the Meety Appointment Setting app to enable online booking and payment in one transaction. The Customer Portal allows clients to book appointments directly should they purchase a bundle and manage any rescheduling/cancellations themselves. Janine’s calendar is 100% synced to allow her preparation time before appointments and ensure no double bookings.
J Nine & Co provides services in both the Corporate and Personal sectors. To appeal to both distinct audiences we designed the J Nine homepage to be a landing page that effectively directs clients to the services of most interest to them. Each section within the JNine site is branded and targeted for each respective audience while retaining a sense of cohesion.
This project is testament to the scaleability of the Shopify eCommerce platform.
